Pursuant to the Unites States Patriot Act, NYSE Rule 405 and FINRA Rule 2090, FCF is required to use appropriate due diligence, to learn the essential facts relative to every customer, and shall use reasonable diligence in regard to the opening and maintenance of every account. In order to comply with the laws, rules and regulations, FCF must gather relevant and essential facts about you. FCF is required by law to obtain certain personal facts about you to the extent necessary to provide you with investment advice and other administrative services. FCF utilizes this information to perform mission critical activities such as setting up new accounts, sending program documents and responding to your inquiries. There are no exceptions under federal or state law, or any other circumstance when it comes to personal fact disclosure. FCF is required to distribute our privacy policy to you on an annual basis, and since we require use of the Client Dashboard, distribution will take place through your FCF Inbox.
This Privacy Policy does not describe the practices of other FCF users, including third-party vendors, merchants, and service providers that may collect information from you when you interact with them through FCF. FCF encourages you to ask each about their privacy practices before providing any information to them. FCF may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. If FCF makes changes, FCF will notify you by posting the updated policy and revising the "Last Updated" date above. FCF encourages you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you use FCF to stay informed about our information practices and about ways you can help protect your privacy.
FCF collects information you provide when you sign up for a FCF account. Your information is part of our identity verification process and required by law in the course of securities, insurance and registered investment advisory service transactions. FCF may collect, but shall not be limited to collecting basic user information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, birth date, Social Security Number, state identification number, financial information such as bank and investment accounts, payment card numbers and other historical, contact, and demographic information. FCF also collects information when you upload information to FCF about you or otherwise communicate with us. FCF may allow third-parties to provide analytics services. These third-parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information, such as your IP addresses, identifiers associated with your computer or mobile device or applications on the device, the browsers you use to visit FCF web pages, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by FCF to analyze, track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver messages and content targeted to your interests, and better understand your usage. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and FCF is not responsible for, third-party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies. FCF may also use information about you to track and analyze trends and usage in connection with our services, to protect our rights or property, to verify your identity, to investigate and prevent fraud or other illegal activities, and for any other purpose disclosed to you in connection with our services. FCF may itself or through a third-party service providers to, process and store personal information in the United States and other countries.

Should you deactivate your account, FCF is required by federal and state law to retain archived copies of information about you and your transactions for a period-of-time that is consistent with the most restrictive applicable law within the United States of America.
When you launch the FCF website, you may be asked to consent to the collection of location information. FCF may require this location information in order to provide our services; therefore, if implemented and you do not consent to this collection, you cannot use our services. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop our collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your website access device; however, if you do so, your Agreement with FCF is immediately null and void.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however, our services may not function properly if you do so.
You may opt out of receiving emails or text messages from FCF; however, this is how you will be notified of communications in your Inbox. The Inbox is a mutually mission critical component of our services and is not optional but mandatory. If you opt out from receiving emails or text messages, your Agreement with FCF is immediately null and void as such messages are absolutely necessary Fixed Cost Financial, Inc.
Our website uses some of the most secure forms of online communication available, including data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, and user names and passwords. These technologies provide a high level of security and privacy when you access your account information, initiate online transactions, or send secure messages.
FCF offers customized features that require our use of "HTTP cookies" and similar data files—tiny pieces of information that we ask your browser to store. However, we make very limited use of these data files. We don’t use them to pull data from your hard drive, to learn your e-mail address, or to view data in cookies or other similar data files created by other websites. When you visit our website, we may collect, either directly or through third-party service providers, certain technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on our website. For security reasons, we will end your session automatically if you have been inactive for a period of time. We reserve the right to adjust the inactivity period from time-to-time.
FCF restricts access to information about you to those FCF employees who need to know the information in order to perform their jobs, such as servicing your accounts or notifying you of new products and services. To protect your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in keeping with industry standards and practices, and we review and adjust.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you do not provide your account information, user name, or password to anyone. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to your account, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
